Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
The higher the order value, the lower the shipping cost — with free shipping on all orders over €100.

All orders are shipped with PostNord, a fast and fully trackable shipping service. For international deliveries, PostNord transports the shipment from us and then hands it over to the local postal operator in the destination country for final delivery (for example USPS in the United States). The same tracking number is used throughout the entire delivery process.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email allowing you to follow the delivery.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

USA shipments: All U.S. orders are shipped PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid), meaning all import duties and customs fees are included and prepaid. You will not receive any additional charges from customs or the carrier upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original, unopened packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via the contact form and include your order number in the message. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once we have received and approved the returned item, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, without undue delay.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Transport Damages

We take great care in packing every order to ensure it arrives in good condition.
However, damage may occasionally occur during transportation.

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please follow the steps below:

  1. Inspect the package upon receipt.
    If visible damage to the outer packaging is present, ask the service point or carrier to note the damage before accepting the delivery.

  2. Document the damage.
    Take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged product.

  3. Contact us without delay.
    Email the photos together with your order number to info@northernhatch.se and we will assist you in handling the matter with PostNord as efficiently as possible.

  4. Retain all packaging materials.
    The carrier may require inspection of the shipment as part of the claims process.
