Prices, Currency, Taxes & Duties
Prices are displayed in the local currency applicable to the customer’s selected country or region. The final purchase price, including any applicable taxes, is clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Applicable sales taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or similar taxes, are applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and are shown at checkout where required.
For orders shipped internationally, additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply. Such charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
USA Shipments: All U.S orders are shipped PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid), meaning all import duties and customs fees are included and prepaid. You will not receive any additional charges from customs or the carrier upon delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times, shipping methods, and applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, conditions, and time limits are clearly stated in the Returns Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us promptly via our contact form with a description of the issue and your order number.
Where applicable, we may require the product to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country provide otherwise.
